Reservation and Check-In:

• Check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards. Early check-in may be available upon request and is subject to an additional charge.
• Valid photo identification and a valid credit card are required at check-in.

Payment and Charges:

• Payment for your stay is required at the time of check-in. We accept major credit cards and cash.
• Any additional charges incurred during your stay, such as room service, minibar, or damages, will be charged to the credit card provided.

Cancellation and Refund:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the check-in date will be charged the cost of the first night's stay.
